BLOCKS
 
1. Eastern blocks: the sites having road only on the eastern side, in between the north eastern and south eastern blocks. There1 may be any number of sites there. All the plots in between north east and south east blocks can be reckoned as eastern sites.
2. South eastern blocks: The sites with roads on the east and south.
3.  South    block: Sites having street in the south. In between south east, south west they may be in any number.
4. South western blocks: Sites having roads in south and west.
5.  Western blocks: Sites having roads only in the west, in between southwestern and north western blocks. Such may be in any number.
6. North western blocks: Sites having roads in north and west.
7.   Northern blocks: Sites having road only on the northern side, located in between the north western and north eastern blocks. These may be in any number.
8.  North eastern blocks: The sites having roads in the
North as well as in the west.
