In many towns land value is high and so cellars are built. Care should be taken with regard to this. South west, south east and North West should be low and construction should be made as per the design above. Depending on the measurements and the area of the site elevation should be there in the west and south and then cellars can be built. The results will be good. If not, at least 2 feet elevation should be in south and west for cellar. The site in the east or southern south east, western North West or north should have entrance in elevation for the purpose of business or otherwise should have entrance from western North West or southern south east and steps should be slant. If there is convenience to enter from north or east, hollow steps should be there and they should touch only down.
South east, west North West steps should touch the ground or hollow steps can be built. If steps in the north east with ramp are built, north east will be elevated.
