What man needs and when he needs are not known. Cellars are built in the cast and north for any apartment and shopping complex. Then south and west will have elevated sites and sets vastu perfectly. In such cases northern sites should not be purchased, it will be faulty according to vastu. Because north will be elevated south will be low. It is a defect.
In the same way if eastern site is acquired east will become elevated and west will be low. Then it will be totally defective according to vastu. So it is better not to buy the sites on east and north of the cellar. If it becomes absolutely necessary to buy, better that also, is made into a cellar. Then vastu will be fully in favour.
