THE ART OF EATING
Mangoes:
• Always slice a whole mango into half,lengthwise;then cut it into quarters with a fruit knife before savouring it.
• Once sliced, hold each sliced 3iece down against your plate with a Fork before pulling the skin away. Use a spoon to eat the mango.
• If you are served sliced mango, simply eat it with a spoon.
Papayas:
Always cut a papaya in half, then scoop out and discard the seeds before eating the fruit with a spoon.
Strawberries:
If you are lucky enough to be served large strawberries, it is acceptable to eat them whole. Just clasp each strawberry by the stem. Finish each strawberry in a few bites, and then discard the stems on your plate.
