Sometimes the foundation under the door way frame may shrink and that may result in the breakage of the flooring stone. That might upset the level. But there is no harm of any kind by this breaking. If we are a bit careless it may injure feet. But nowadays cement slabs are being used for this.                                  
If doorway comes in southern south east the last room in the north should invariably have door. Window is not enough. In the same way if the doorway is in the exalted west, there should be a door way opposite to it in the east.
Suppose a door is on the northern north east passage goes through a row. The last south room too should have a doorway in that row. If there is no chance it should have a window.     Suppose the house has east entrance door and in the west low attached flat roof. There is a little chance for setting up a window. Then it can be given up. In the same way the house has north door and on the south there is low flat roof. Then also there is no need to set up a window. But then it is better to have ventilators over every doorway.
