Take a make-up brush or pencil and hold it upright alongside the outer corner of your nose. The point where the brush hits the eyebrow should be the starting-point. Then slant the brush lining up the bottom of your nose and the outer corner of your eye, at a 2 o’clock angle, to show where the arch should end.
Finally, look straight into the mirror. The highest point of the arch should be above the iris or between the outer edge of the iris and the outer corner of the eye. Generally, beauticians advise the removal of hair from the ridge of nose, the middle portion joining both the brows. This gives a neat look. But if the ridge hair enhances the look of your eyebrows, you can opt for an a la Kajol (Hindi film heroine) look.
