1. You must keep the dough in a plastic container and smear ghee (not oil) on the surface.

2. Cheese will keep fresh longer if you slice it into sections and store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
You can also preserve your cheese by wrapping it in a cheese cloth moistened with white vinegar.

3. Add a lump of butter or a few teaspoonfuls of cooking oil to the water. Rice and noodles will not boil over or stick together.

4. You can store your cakes in a tightly covered container with a sliced apple. The apple will keep the cake moist and fresh. Or, a slice of fresh bread fastened with toothpicks to the cut edge of a cake will keep it from drying out and getting stale.
