Past affairs and sexual misdeeds should never be laid bare, for these can blight the relationship for ever.
In all the happiness of courtship .and lovemaking, try not to inconvenience the other family members by, for instance, waking up at very late hours and in other ways, disrupting the home routine.
In the first flush of passion, the Husband may be willing to open his purse rashly for his bride; she however, should act prudently and not overspend his income.
A little bit of mystery is attractive in the bride. She should not reveal all her secrets to him at one go, but keep some part of her personality hidden from him, so that he will find himself getting newer glimpses of her again and again.
The bride should try to retain her sense of humor at all times — even when he tries to boast about his ex-girlfriends. Equanimity of temperament and a cheerful, smiling face can make the new husband her devoted slave for life.
The bride is often the centre of attention during a wedding, making the groom feel a little left out. Later too, in his own home, the newcomer is surrounded by an admiring, cooing family.
If the bride, in her own special way, makes her new man feel important and special, he will be willing to lay down his life for her.
A quiet, respectful tête-à -tête with the groom’s mother will help the bride learn all about his likes and dislikes. This will help her tremendously in making him feel comfortable and cherished in her company. If she is able to arrange his room in the manner he is used to, or is able to cook a meal with his favorite dishes, he will feel tenderness for her.
Of course, every young man will find himself enamored of his lovely bride without her trying in any special way to entice him. But this enchantment can fade and the love can become jaded. It is the wise young woman. A little bit of mystery is attractive in the bride who manages with several small and secret tricks to tie him in bonds so strong that they last a full lifetime…
