Northern North West extension, not good
Northern North West extension, not good
Adjusting it
On the left is a site extending in northern North West. By squaring it to the east north line should be adjusted and North West should be reduced by some inches and north east should be kept more. See the model on the right. Such sites adjusted correctly can be used. The left over portion in North West should be given up or annexed to the street.
If the site so adjusted in eastern south east, south west, western south west, northern north west are on the side of streets and sites, good results are not always seen even after adjustments. If there are no streets, it is better others acquire the sites given up by us. Then there will be good results. But if streets are there in southern south east and western North West or neighbors acquire the sites we leave there will be good results.
