ANOTHER METHOD OF ADJUSTING SITES

Site beside South Street has south east extension, south west should be adjusted to the square from base and all the sites must be made equal. The remaining sites can be left out and construction can be taken up.
If each site is adjusted following the old method western south west will have east baneful effects.
If South Street extends beyond the site southern south west, square should be taken from south east and all sites should be equally adjusted.
